Refund Policy

Effective date: October 16, 2025

1. Delivery guarantee

If you do not receive your files within 24 hours from the time your order is confirmed, we will issue a full refund. “Receive” means the download link has been sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Once the download link has been delivered, the order is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund.

2. Invalid links or extraction codes

If your link is invalid, or you provide an invalid or incorrect extraction code or password, you may not be eligible for a refund. We will contact you to request correct working information. If you provide the correct information promptly and we still do not deliver within 24 hours from that correction, you will be eligible for a full refund. If you do not provide correct information, the order will not qualify for a refund.

3. Unsupported cloud storage

Refunds are not available for other cases. The only exception is when the link belongs to an unsupported cloud storage service that is not Pan Quark. If we determine that your link is from an unsupported service, you are eligible for a full refund.

4. How to request a refund

To get a refund, contact support@quarkdownloader.com with your order ID. We will verify eligibility and respond with the outcome.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider, most refunds appear within 3 to 10 business days.

6. Abuse and chargebacks

We do not issue refunds for fraudulent activity or abuse of this policy. If a chargeback is filed while a refund review is in progress, the review will pause until the chargeback is resolved.

7. Updates

We may update this policy to reflect operational or legal requirements. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply to that order. This Refund Policy applies to services provided by QuarkDownloader. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
